Radio Network Drive Test Engineer
YOUR TASKS:
Your main tasks include carrying out measurements to check the performance of newly-installed or reconstructed radio systems. Furthermore, you have to carry out error analyses, to compile measurement documentation and audit our installation teams to avoid installation defects. The operational area is not limited to mobile communication systems but rather also includes facilities and equipment from related areas, where high-frequency equipment is used.
YOUR PROFILE:
You have completed a technical apprenticeship preferably in an electro technical field or in telecommunications and have several years of experience as a measurement engineer (UMTS, LTE, GSM) or in a comparable position. We also require sound experience in using common measuring instruments. The analysis of measurement results and their adaption in the required documentation standards do not represent a problem. Moreover, you should be communicative, and flexible in relation to working hours and job location. Α valid driver’s licence is required, as is a willingness to travel and the ability to use a computer. Α written and oral command of English would be an advantage, but not a condition. - Fix contract, trial period: 6 months

Radio Network Optimization Engineer
YOUR TASKS:
Your main tasks will include to create and review quality / performance reports that propose actions to MNOs in order to optimize the quality of the 2G / 3G/ LTE networks. Expertise needed on Layer 3 analysis and improvement recommendations derived from Drive Test and OSS statistics. Familiar with Post Processing Tools such as Nemo Analyse, NQDI , Tems Analyser and OSS platforms . Understanding of RAN parameters settings. IP and Core knowledge will be a plus.
YOUR PROFILE:
You have completed a technical degree preferably as a Telecommunications or Electrical Engineer. Ideally you have 3-5 years of experience in KPIs analysis and optimization on a multi-vendor environment. Experience in operating common Post Processing platforms is required . Moreover, you should be communicative, and flexible in relation to working hours and job location. Α valid driver’s license is required, as is a willingness to travel and the ability to use a computer. Α written and oral command of English is considered essential. Analytical thinking , presentation skills and deliver expectations on time is a plus. Commitment and team spirit round off your profile.
